Yes. Lenivea® lets you choose between 5 different heat levels, so you can adjust the temperature to your preferences at different stages of your period.
You can select a 15- or 30-minute session, after which the belt will switch off. To continue using it, simply switch it back on and wait 30 seconds. The automatic shutoff after 30 minutes is a safety feature. A single charge provides up to 5 hours of use.
